My Brooklyn Bagels


One of my favorite items as a kid growing up in Brooklyn was the bagels. With celiac disease, those bagels where a dream of the past. I couldn’t let that happen. I spent months perfecting this recipe. I finally mastered a beautiful, bready, chewy bagel. No preservatives or additives. Just simple, easy to pronounce ingredients. All made in small batches by hand in my NY dedicated gluten-free bakery.

Ingredients: Millet Flour, Brown rice flour, Sorghum flour, Garbanzo bean flour, Potato starch, Tapioca starch, Xanthan gum, Himalayan sea salt, Yeast, Honey, Water, Coconut oil
